"New Look did a nice job initially prepping and paving our driveway using asphalt millings but they never finished the work we paid them for. They were supposed to come back after 6 months and seal the driveway. I have not been able to reach a real person and left several messages over the past 3 months. Bob seemed like a stand-up guy and as I said they did a nice job initially. Very disappointed that they stiffed me on the sealing they promised."

Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."
