Wonderful . Everyone who came to my house was very professional . They answered all my questions and worked with me with smiles when I wanted to change something .

Bill and his team were nothing short of outstanding. Excellent communicator and overall nicest, honest  professional you can meet. From Day 1, Bill was 100% customer service-oriented and ethical. However, the completed  work was also of quality workmanship. He managed the project with multiple partners and always made it seem like he was doing it all himself. We were very challenged finding a suitable contractor for this home as this project was very challenging, but Bill made it easy. Outstanding!!

I will be calling Bill for every job I have in the future.  He was very responsive and professional.  He starts off by giving you a detailed contract with a price - a price he sticks to.  Bill always called if he was going to be late.  Every one of his subs was excellent!  They were professional and paid attention to every detail.  I can't even begin to talk about the quality of the work - exceptional!  Our house used to be a barn and Bill went to great lengths to match the detail of our new barn to our house.  I highly recommend Bill and his team of subs.  I can't speak highly enough about him/them.

The project came out fabulous. Bill McLellan was a terrific person to work with throughout the entire project. He has a great network of sub-contractors and completed the project in turn key fashion. Bill was ALWAYS available and responsive. That means a lot when you are completing a major project like we did. He has a wealth of knowledge and was helpful throughout the project for suggestions on improvements. At the end of the day we are very happy with the completed project and would recommend Bill to anyone.

They were excellent. I think he’s a number one. I’m looking for him to do more work. They’re earnest. If he says he’s going to be there, he’s there. He’s an everyday guy. You can definitely talk to him about anything. He’s that someone thinking it’s a great deal of money more of the old that he just sees it as a problem. He talks to you about anything. I had to call him because he was on top of every problem. He's very professional. I thought he knew everything about the job he was doing. I'm very happy with him. I have to say though, it's not about him but I called for questions last week. We wanted to do some tile work done that we need definitely. They gave me the memo of serving tile. I think its in the area. I must have call back three days straight but no body answered and no body called back. I just called Mr. McClellan and he called me right back. I was very disappointed on that listing. So I'm just staying to Mr. McClellan. I think he's on a job now. I'm hoping he's going to call me back because he does top notch work. He just did good work. I would recommend him to anybody. I love him. I adore him. I think he's wonderful.

He did an excellent job - I've used him so many times. Just outstanding!

Bill and his crew have done several jobs for me.  One big job and a few small ones.  The addition of two dormers was a pretty big job we had done in 2005.  The guys were courteous, showed up on time, and always cleaned up at the end of the day.   On Thanksgiving day, when the job was nearing completion, we had a torrential rain storm and water started pouring into the house through a section of the roof  in "the construction zone".   I called Bill and he came out personally and got out there and secured everything to stop the issue.   Again, this is ON Thanksgiving day.  
To note ~  the first time I called Bill about another job I needed done, years after the dormer job, he instantly remembered me and even where I lived.    It's this kind of attention to detail and professionalism that should be the standard, not only for builders and general contractors, but for all business proprietors.

They are very professional and prompt. They stayed on top of everything the whole time. They helped tremendously with the insurance adjusters as well.
