Wood Fence Installation
We hired Johnathan to replace our wood fence in order to sell our home. Even though Johnathan knew we were selling our home he gave the project the same care and attention as if we were staying. Wood Fence Installation
My aging wood fence finally succumbed to the Winter and early Spring winds. Since I have a garden planted along the length of the fence I decided to remain with wood instead of vinyl. I am retired, and with the way the economy has gone in the last two years, my search for a replacement had two goals. Find the â best qualityâ for the â best priceâ . I found my solution with J.D.â s Roofing and Home Improvement. Jonathan Davis showed up to provide an estimate and sold me on his pressure treated fence solution. All materials are PT lumber and pickets were thicker than the ordinary box store offerings. He provided examples of his work that I could view in close proximity to my home and I was â soldâ . My fence wasnâ t that big of a job (40 ft.) but the level of professionalism and concern that was brought to the project made me feel like the job was 400 ft. I have a 30 year old wisteria that leaned out over the old fence which I did not want to lose. Jonathan worked with me to insure that it survived and was integrated into the new fence design. I would highly recommend J.D.â s for any home improvement projects.

Jonathan was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and very customer friendly. He did what he said he would. His word and work mean something to him, which is rare in todayâ s world. He backed up his work. He treated my mother (whose fence was being built) as if he was building it for his own mother. He worked in the rain because he wanted to make deadline. His quality / quantity of work vs overall job was â worth the moneyâ I absolutely would have no issues hiring him to complete other / any jobs in the future. Overall a really honest and good guy.

I usually do not write reviews but this was a major purchase for me. I spoke with quite a few other companies and JD was the rep that took the time to explain the process to me and educate me (this was my first time buying a building for my growing business). I could tell from my first interaction that JD home imp is the real deal. The timelines JD provided was accurate, only hiccup was my county in required as built engineered drawings, which I was prepped for ahead of time because of choosing JD home imp. The Epic Barn just went up last week and it has everything I hoped for and more. I would definitely recommend working with JD home improvement and roofing.

Not prepared , not organized, had to give tools to do the job,, he does not have Florida license for the job he did, he acquired a license in Arkansas one year ago, he does not have insurance, he does not warranty his work. poor skills, poor workmanship, he left construction debris inside home perimeter that could hurt people, children and pets. He leaves job incomplete, waste material , no knowledge on building fences or gates. I would not hire him for any other job. He is apparently a welder by trade. Do not waste your money on him for fence building. He did a poor job. I personally purchased the material for the job. The owner compromised 70% of the material because of poor craftmanship.

"Hazel M. changed her mind continually in the middle of the projects. She cost me two days of labor because she changed her mind so many times. I did several different extra requests for free including a free demolition of her old fence and gate aside from building her new fence and gate which were her two main projects. She also did not purchase all of the materials I requested. I personally had to purchase materials aside of the materials she purchased to complete her projects. I am licensed with multiple states and have the license(s) ID numbers to prove that. Hazel M. paid me at the end of our walk through of the projects as if she was happy with everything, then she tries to maliciously destroy me and my business. I do not understand why someone would try to destroy me and my business for adding value, class, and perfection to their property."
