"The owner arranges day and time one week in advance (day and time are not always the same) and is flexible if I have scheduling issues. Girls are prompt, courteous, trustworthy and friendly. They work together well and move through the cleaning efficiently. Vacuuming, washing floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchen is thorough. Communication is an issue as the girls do not all speak English, but the owner is good about conveying messages to them. The owner is also responsive to any questions or concerns that I have, and is prompt with her replies to me."

They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. "Contacted Mark within 3 days he was at my home and providing a detailed quote. Might seem small but he was the only one out of 4 contractors who actually measured the space to provide an accurate and detailed estimate. He while discussing what I wanted with me made many recommendations and even mentioned ways to get the job done but at a lower cost. He had the estimate to me within 2 days and it was super detailed and broken down with 3 different ways to complete it. He was on time daily as was his crew. Work areas were cleaned daily. He closed up a broken window for us, redid a dirt floor with drainage and concrete, repointed and waterproofed our basement foundation, ripped out and fully replaced basement access stairs. He even noticed a window that was broken we didn’t and closed it up for no charge. He added a drain to the exterior steps at no charge wasn’t in contract he just knew it was needed, the steps he replaced had asphalt around them and he even repaired the asphalt at no c"
