They did a fine job

It went really well. The only problem was he was really busy, so sometimes it took longer to get him over than I would have hoped. However, to be honest, most handymen I've gotten in touch with were about the same or worse. One thing I really liked was Mike always answered the phone or got back to me if he missed my call. He and his crew were very professional, and extremely helpful, including trying to keep costs down for me the whole time. Matt, his son, was especially nice about advising me on each decision I had a question about (for example fixing a cracked tile or just filling it in), and explaining what he was doing. When it was all done their prices were quite reasonable and the work looked great. I would definitely hire him again.

Showed up without promised helper. I was forced to assist for most of his time in my home. Lost Patio Door replacement lock by dropping it in hollow door. Gouged out runner in an attempt  to remove slider to retrieve hardware. Was to have replaced door lock on front door. Forgot to bring appropriate hardware.  Promised to reorder hardware for patio door and install. After repeated attempts to get him to return told me " I live too far". Told him to send me the hardware for patio door. Told me couldn't find front door hardware.

Once again, I can not say enough about Real Handy. My parents are elderly and still live in their home. They are relatively independent, but do need help around the house. My mother worked directly with Mike, who came to the house to assess her needs. He was as usual very professional and friendly. My mother gave him the list of what she thought she needed done. He offered her advice and saved her money by advising her that a faucet did not need replacing. Just needed fixing. In addition, he bought the supplies, which is truly appreciated since they are unsure what to get. My parents were completely satisfied and will definitely call again with any needs around the house. So if you are like me, and you have elderly parents who need some help, call Mike. He can be trusted and will do a great job!!

If you are like me you have many small jobs that you can't do and need help with around the house. You  want someone that you can trust to come into your home. Finally you want someone who will do a good job. That is exactly what I got from Mike and Matt from Real Handy. They were very professional. Got several jobs done in a very timely manner. They were very neat, and cleaned up after themselves. They worked around me as I worked at home, and were very nice. They are very particular in their work and even bought the materials. . I highly recommend them, and have to my family members. It was a great experience, and will not hesitate to call them again.

Very professional.  Did all requested work and suggested ways to improve outcome.  Clean, prompt, reliable.

They were very professional, hardworking, and personable.The work was done over 3-4 days, fitting us into their schedule so that everything was done on tme as promised. On the first day, they even helped us move out several large pieces of furniture!
We will definetly use them again in the future.

Real Handy did a great job for a reasonable price. They showed up on time, performed above my expectations and as a first time home owner gave me some great advice to help avoid potential issues in the future. Will be calling them again.
