"Charged $2,000 (that's right, $2,000!) to install a new sprayer faucet and soap dispenser in Boston. $1,500 went to labor, which took less than 2 hours. I'm sorry, but $750/hr is outrageous. I did pay it because I wanted to expedite solving the problem for the tenants, but I now regret as their dishwasher is not working and I suspect the plumber failed to reconnect everything probably."

Which was awesome because I had no heat, and more importantly no hot water!!!!! Kyle a project manager was out that afternoon to take a look at my boiler and help me decide on the perfect replacement for me, which ended up being a Bosch “combo” boiler. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy to understand. He even found that my boiler was way too small for my house, which is why my living room never got up to temperature!!!
