"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

Then they prepped the concrete subfloor to perfection and installed vinyl plank flooring. They did a beautiful job at an excellent price. Bonus points for: 1) exceeding expectation of a second set of stairs and 2) cutting my wife (a teacher) some small carpet pieces for use in her classroom. Estimate: John did an in person estimate where he measured the space, showed large professional samples in the space, and even gave us color/texture recommendations based on space use and wall color. Since he was the best provider we interacted with, we selected him and gave deposit to order the carpet. Install day: John and Ryan were professional and courteous for the 6-hour install. Carpet looks amazing and the workspace was cleaner than when they started."

"Mr. Abdo, the owner of East Coast Cleaning Services, did a fantastic job cleaning my carpet. I called him to see if there was anything he could do about a huge stain, which occurred as a result of a variety of liquids leaking out of a guest's moving box. The recipe consisted of honey, maple syrup, olive oil, and soy sauce! I also had the typical pet stains that one acquires when living with a dog and two cats. Mr. Abdo removed ALL the stains on the carpet, plus a large spot on the couch. I feel like I have a brand new rug! Mr. Abdo was friendly and professional. He wore a mask, and offered to help move furniture. His price was reasonable and lower than a big name company I had used in the past. (Hint: Their initials are SS.) His attention to detail and the results achieved were far superior to that big name company I had used in the past. (Hint: SS.) I will be calling East Coast Cleaning Services again in the future. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a carpet cleaner do the same. You will be glad you did!"

"This was a good experience from start to finish. We quickly agreed to a price and a date/time for the work to be done. 3-person crew; good on-site supervision. Very thorough cleaning of ductwork in an old house whose maintenance had been neglected. It was messy, despite them taking care to capture most of the dust. Quite a bit of soot settled on floors, which I discovered after they left. Roof is getting replaced at the same time, and snow is still on the ground. So it was hard to keep the floors clean. I’d hire them again."

"I was quite happy in the end, but we did run into a couple of challenges. There was an appointment mix up, so arrival was an hours late. I was at home, to this was a problem. We then had some confusion around the scope of work. One was my problem, I counted the number of rooms incorrectly. The other was me assuming that when I said I had carpets in my landing and stairs, the price quoted would have included this. It did not. in the end, my carpets where cleaned and I was happy."
