Ron is a veteran in his profession. He is pleasant and polite. He has been our go-to garage door repairman for 15+ years. He returns phone calls promptly and is able to come by within a day or two. He has never tried to oversell any services or material to us. His rates are very reasonable. I would highly recommend him for garage door and garage door opener repairs.

He was pleasant and reasonable. He showed me what he did. I couldn't be happier!

I called and left a message and less than 15 minutes later he called me back.  He was in the area and was at my house in less than an hour from my initial call.  He replaced both springs and tuned up everything. I also wanted 2 new universal remotes which he programmed and he also installed a keypad outside, so I can now open the garage without having to go into the house. Great work and service!!

Called on a Saturday morning (expected to hear back Monday AM), and got a call back in an hour. Didn't catch his name, but he apologized that he wouldn't be able to come out until Monday (I didn't even expect a call back until then!) I wasn't going to be home, but agreed to leave the garage open. Came home to an operational garage door and a reasonable bill. Outstanding!!

He did not show or return our calls - and we are repeat customers. Well we were repeat customers.

When the garage door wouldn't open, we put in a call to Karron. They were there same day and assessed it as a issue with sensitivity of the back up device on the door. It was a quick and easy fix and it was done in 15 minutes.

They were one of the top providers on Angie’s List. The person who came out was quite good, reliable, competent, very informal and prompt, and he did the job really quickly. I thought that the price was fair. He put a sticker for his services without asking, which wasn’t quite kosher, but it is an outside garage and is not a place we see all the time, and so it didn’t bother me. Everything seemed low-key and he did what he said he was going to do. He just defined the job as getting it fixed quickly - and he did that - and wasn’t trying to help me understand what was going on.

Called Ron this morning explaining that one of our garage doors was not shutting correctly. He said he'd be at our home in a couple of hours. He showed up within two, adjusted the doors, reset a code and was on his way in 20 minutes.

I have been having trouble with my garage door since I got it, so when it got completely stuck I thought it was done and I was going to need to cough up a couple thousand to have major parts replaced. I called and left a message. Ron called me back in a couple hours. He came the next day, a Saturday, when he said he would and simply fixed the problem.

The installer came and he did a great job. He initially thought it would take 2 days to finish but he managed to finish in 1 day. We are very pleased with the results. I would mention that he is very skilled, because I had another installer from another company give an estimate, and he was not willing to do the job because of the modifications involved. Karron Overhead Doors handled it like a pro. The only reason I gave a B on professionalism is because they did not announce their presence when they came to do the work or the estimate, but just went into the garage and started working, which my wife did not like.

My call was returned within a few hours and he was out to give an estimate in less than 24 hours. He did the work immediately.

Arrived on time, fixed the door, gave great advice, and left! It was easy, quick and he did a nice job of saving me a lot of money!

Garage door automatic opener stopped working. Karron came and assessed the problem and told me that the circuit board was fried; he said we would not know if the eyes were also fried until we replaced the circuit board, but that they often were also damaged. He said I could get a new garage door opener for slightly more than the parts. I bought the new opener, he installed it, left an invoice and I did not have to miss any work to get this done. Very simply handled; $250 includes the garage door opener.

He doesn't overcharge you. He seems to be the most cost effective guy I've ever met. I would recommend him highly to anyone who needed garage door services.

I got a return call within an hour and he came by the next day to assess the situation, letting me know that he needed to order a part. He came back two days later and installed it and adjusted the system so it worked perfectly. I wasn't home and he left a bill taped to the garage wall where I could see it--perfect!
