They put a new roof on our house. They were efficient and did an excellent job cleaning up after completion. My only issue was the amount of shingles delivered to our house, even after the normal amount considered as a waste factor on the job was over 25% more than needed. They used 71 bundles to complete the job but had 94 bundles delivered. Then, they stated that we were never charged for 94 bundles. This made no sense to me. So, although they did a great job, I would recommend that any future customer get a detailed quote to include the amount of materials needed. Shame on me for not getting that when we got the quote. That was the only issue and the fact that the explanation received from them made no sense and was not very polite to me as the customer.

They were very polite and cleaned up after they were done. A very good experience.

They are able to install a custom size. Much better than being forced into a size that doesn't cover the area you want covered.

Everything was great in dealing with Steve on the front end doing a diligent job explaining and recommending options. Install was done and so far looks good although haven't had a chance to use much yet.

We had retractable screens installed on our existing porch. Steve, the rep, was punctual, very friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly. Install crew was punctual, professional and got the job done in half a day. We love how they look, operate and everything about them! Highly recommend product and people.

Great installation crew, arrived right on time, did a good job

Steve Miller was great to work with... he was factual in his presentation, not mentioning his biggest competitor in this area..(only answered questions in comparison to his fabrics (160 +colors and schemes). Was more than happy with the installation, even though I did doubt the claim his product would stand up to the high winds in this area.. My fears were not warranted, after Elite adjusted the wind sensors and pitch of my awning I was amazed...my awning can withstand constant winds of at least 15 mph or so, and will not retract when there is a momentary gust of 20 or more..Although, a little costly, I would recommend SUNESTA and it's warranty..P.S. Steve & Dave are great guys to deal with...

The one thing that impressed us the most was when we needed a high quality awning to withstand extreme weather conditions, in a unique decking situations, to construct and install a custom frame to accommodate our application flawlessly. He didn't stop working until the product was complete. Most companies were only willing to offer us an out-of the box awning and he really blew us away with his attention to detail and innovation with unique awning. It was outstanding! He even ensures to check in with us that everything is okay with the product, I cannot speak more highly of him!
