"Eric answered the request we submitted almost immediately and visited our home within 24 hrs to discuss what we planned to get done in our backyard. We had recently installed an above ground pool and the lawn was torn up in the process. He provided many suggestions on how to improve our current space while staying within a reasonable budget and timeframe. "Bob was awesome and it was a great experience overall. We had 2-3 days of work lined up, and Bob was punctual, communicated well and did a solid job. Mother Nature didn’t cooperate with us when it came time to setup the lattice work under the deck, but it didn’t matter. Bob setup an outdoor awning to let him continue the job to through very rough conditions, without any complaints. After the job, I received an email with a list of future repairs that we talked about, so we have a record for a later date. I look forward to hiring Bob again soon. His pricing was fair and he was very upfront about it all."

"After researching thoroughly I realized it would be better to spend more money up front than along the line in repairs. The cheaper awnings that come from China seem to have a pretty short life. Dorchester only sells top quality. They also have the best warranty in the business. Working with them was like working with family. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Someone came to my home to explain the options and there was absolutely NO pressure to pick a certain one or to purchase at all. It took about 4 weeks for the awning to be made and about 45 min. to install. The installation team was incredible. Every step was explained to me. I would highly recommend this company. We are THRILLED with our awning. It now feels like we have an extra room on our home. I would absolutely recommend this company."
