He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. There was excellent team work and no wasted effort or time. The result was great and even though they used contractor supplied parts, they honored their original price. At the end, they thoroughly tested their installation and did a great job in cleaning the area. A light fixture had been dropped and they volunteered to replace it if there was any problem with it (there wasn't). Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of this job."
