"Bob has successfully completed numerous small and medium sized projects for us including a significant amount of re-siding and insulating, painting, wood gutter repair and maintenance, painting, wood stair railings,exterior threshholds, screen door installation, bathroom fan installation and masonry window wells. "Installed two heavy window air conditioners, lugging them up from garage under to first floor. Appt was scheduled for 9:30 am, called them at 10:15 and unfortunately the owner had had a very bad night with his mother in hospice care. Finally came at 11:20. They were willing to wear masks inside our house. Installation went very quickly and smoothly. They knocked $25 off their usual minimum hourly rate because of the delay. Very friendly, would definitely hire them again (and probably will for A/C removal in the Fall). Would have been 5 stars except for the arrival delay."

"Lisa and apprentice arrived early and got right to work. The job was not as straight forward as I had believed. After much study, Lisa developed a plan and executed it to perfection. There was excellent team work and no wasted effort or time. The result was great and even though they used contractor supplied parts, they honored their original price. At the end, they thoroughly tested their installation and did a great job in cleaning the area. A light fixture had been dropped and they volunteered to replace it if there was any problem with it (there wasn't). Overall, I was very satisfied with all aspects of this job."
