"Luis and Dan did a great job. They performed the work as promised. The price was fair, materials were excellent quality, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The front of our house looks way better than it did with our old porch and we no longer have to worry about water seeping into concrete as we had before. The job was efficiently done within the time frame provided. We will absolutely hire EA Masonry again. Now that they made our porch look so incredible, the adjoining walkway is looking in need of attention. However, that will be the next job."

"08-AUG-2025 Issues began immediately after hiring Pro Foundation & Masonry. During the estimate, I told Foreman Bobby there was no mortar in the cinder blocks. He gave a quote that I believed included proper mortar. On Aug-12-2025, I raised the issue again?he said he was ?focused on the damaged area.? When digging, a missing footing section was found, and Bobby quoted $22,500, which I thought was too high. Though he fixed some cracks, major ones in the cellar were ignored. They used the wrong mortar (not S mortar as discussed) and left sloppy drippings inside the wall. I sent photos on Aug-23; Bobby replied on Aug-25 saying the floor was dirt. Promised cleanup on Aug-30 never happened. I followed up repeatedly?no one came. They even left a dangerous cinder remnant that I tripped on. A section of wall was filled with concrete instead of block?looks unprofessional. They say one thing, do another. I?m very unhappy with their work and service. They're gonna fix the two crack on my fieldstone foundation. The manager Rey came and he felt really bad that the foreman left in this way they left it. He was really pretty readsonable."

"Everything about Paul and his company was excellent. He answered the phone right away when we called and gave us a quote over the phone. He scheduled us for the very next day as he had had a cancellation. He gave us an approximate time for his arrival and then called us 40 minutes away to say when he would be arriving. He seal coated our 63’ driveway making sure not to damage the grass, flowerbeds, and walls at the entrance to the driveway with the seal coat.
