Not only did he fix the patch job that the contractor did because he felt it was not done good enough, but he did not charge us for his work! "They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."
