"I'm a Realtor and I hired Mike to install wall paper in my bath and paint walls and ceilings in my home. He did excellent work including cathedral ceilings in foyer and master bedroom; he worked with a critical eye; patching settlement cracks and nail pops as well. He arrived on time and was super neat and clean. Another contractor damaged the bathroom wall AFTER the wallpaper had been put up. I asked Mike back to fix it. Not only did he fix the patch job that the contractor did because he felt it was not done good enough, but he did not charge us for his work! He said he wanted us to be happy with the work AND it was not his fault we had to have him back. We insisted on paying him for it, but had to guess how much to give him because he didn't want us to pay. "They did a great job, but a little forgetful on specifics. They came back at no extra cost to re-prime things using the paints we wanted and paint a couple things they forgot to get (inside a closet for example.) They were apologetic once I pointed out they forgot. So I'd still use them again, but make sure I put down in writing exactly what I wanted and that way they would remember. They also came to look and give a quote the day after I called and were able to paint two weeks later. They did a good job and it was nice to have it done while we were away."
