The entire process of dealing with Norm B & Sons was fantasti!. We contacted Norm for a price to wallpaper and accent wall an appointment was setup to get a quote. The person came by as promised and on time! When Norm and Ralph came to do the job they were on time and schedule. The wallpaper came out perfect. I would highly recommend Norm B & Sons you will not be disappointed.

We met with Norm in August, power washing took place in late September, and painting happened in October. Norm's crew were professional and did beautiful work, and Norm came by several times during the project to check in. We're very happy with our freshly painted home!

Painting job was good but left a lot of paint on all the windows. With 8 windows it took a few hours to scrape it off.

If when he left you were still not happy with the floor or the ceiling I wish you would have called again. When I received payment I assumed that you were happy with the job. We were generally disappointed with the quality of the work. They stated what they thought we wanted to hear in order to get the job, such as either him or his son would be on-site during the project. We also requested oil based primer, but I discovered upon the crew starting the job, that they were not using oil based primer. They did then go out and purchase it, but I still do wonder if they used it only on one side of the house. The paint started peeling and cracking only a couple of months later, probably because the shingles weren't properly prepped. The crew also broke one of our storm windows and didn't tell us, the cost of which I ended up taking out of the final payment. So not total failure, but average work for a high price.

"Hi [member name removed], As I recall you went away while we worked on the house. I took pictures of the oil primer after we applied it to the house. We also replaced lots of rotted shingles that I also took pictures of. The job was done the correct way. The house was in really bad shape. With that being said I always stand by my work. If you started having problems with the paint all it would have taken was a phone call and I would have fixed it. I still stand by the work. Just call me and I will fix any problems on your house. Also when you purchased a new window the old storm window was at the glass shop being fixed. Thank you for your review. I hope to hear from you. Normand Beauregard Owner"

I'm so glad I came across Professional Interiors / Norm B. on Angie's List. After a handful of no-shows and un-returned phone calls from other painters, I gave Norm a call. He actually answered his phone! He gave me a time that he would come give a quote, and he showed up! I had a rental property in need of a complete painting (walls, trim, doors, and ceiling). He did a walk-through and gave me a very fair quote on the spot. I hired him and ended up hiring him twice more during the months of September and October 2014 because he and his crew were punctual, professional, and delivered a high quality product. Norm kept in constant communication with me and really it was so refreshing to work with someone who kept his word and did an excellent job. I'm hoping not to have to paint again for awhile, but next time I do, I'll definitely be calling Norm again. Thank you very much!

Obviously they had done jobs for us before and we knew they did an excellent quality job for a fair price, and they were also very prompt and respectful. They have a very professional crew, they clean up very well after themselves, and are respectful of the home in which they work. It is a high quality paint job so you can tell they are a very good crew. We haven't had any issues with the paint jobs they have given us so far for rooms and things.

Normand is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive and will get back to you on any inquiry almost immediately, and is knowledgable and helpful. He made suggestions and gave sound advice when asked. The work was scheduled quickly (within a week and a half of accepting the quote) and completed quickly (4 days in total). The job was done professionally and looks great. Settlement wall cracks were expertly repaired, and finish work was done meticulously. The price was competitive, especially for the amount of work done and the quality of the job. We are very pleased and would highly recommend Norm and his team.

Everything went smoothly. Norm and his crew arrived when expected and did an excellent, professional job. We used Norm 5 years ago after meeting him at the RI Home Show and were so pleased we used him again without checking with other painters.
