"I used Dharma Surface Cleaning last year to clean my whole roof and he did a great job. I used them again recently to clean gutters, he did a great job and also did a preventative roof treatment for free. Very good work and very reasonable prices."

Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.

"Sandra was easy to communicate with, and very nice. She and her team did an amazing job deep cleaning our very challenging (read: messy) house. They even did little things that I wouldn't have counted as part of a cleaning, like pour our dogs' food from the bag it came in, into the storage bin where it's supposed to go. "Ruben cleaned my dryer vent first and did such a great job, that I had him come back and clean the air ducks/vents. Only if the dishwasher isn’t made of stainless steel. The corrosive chemicals in bleach will stain stainless steel and can also cause further damage. To stay on the safe side, stick with an extra cycle of vinegar to banish any lingering odors.

However, steam mops have drawbacks: they are more expensive, require an electrical outlet, and are not suitable for all flooring types, such as laminate or hardwood, which can be damaged by the steam.

The main advantage of a traditional mop is its versatility, as it can be used on any type of flooring. Ultimately, the best choice depends on your floor type, budget, and cleaning preferences.
