Vinyl siding cleans up like new. It's the only maintenance you'll ever need to do. I do offer the option of a wax application which allows me to guarantee mildew and algae does not return for 2 years. If it does return I rewash at no charge.

"Ruben cleaned my dryer vent first and did such a great job, that I had him come back and clean the air ducks/vents.
