"I hate being condescended to. Listen to what I want and then give suggestions on how I might be able to work that out in my kitchen. Don't just tell me it can't be done. I felt like I was wasting my time. I asked about a particular type of closet (not realizing it was part of a bigger cabinet...how would I know) and she told me to follow her (using her finger to me like a child) and said I couldn't have it because it was as part of a bigger piece. She could have just said that. I said if I can't make my kitchen more "usable" (less wasted space), WHY to with custom cabinets. I could just reface. The woman behind me who was waiting to ask her a question said. Listen, if you can't get what you want, I don't blame you for not spending the money. It's easy to reface. So, I called another company and, low and behold, I'm getting partial refacing and partial custom cabinets. He came and we discussed HOW I could get my carousel cabinet (uh - he suggested I go from a double to a single sink - easy peasy) AND, he came in at half the price your website suggested I might pay. It is really nice to be listened to...especially when it's MY money I'm spending."

"Need refacing not just painting"

"I had my whole house painted on a very tight timeline. The crew came in as scheduled, crew chief was Cesar. The crew got to work immediately and far surpassed my expectations. I stopped in periodically and they were always working, splitting up the areas and kept the paint job ahead of schedule. They got one area done as requested because I had another work crew coming in while they were still there. The painting was thorough, neat and met my needs. They repaired drywall, filled in gouges in the trim, patched where there was a phone jack and it looked great. Paint lines very neat, paint covered well, no blotchiness as there is with other paint jobs. They advised me well on what types of paint to use. They cleaned up. The other work crew (installing a floor) even commented on how great a job the crew did, and hope that they met that standard. The place was immaculate when they left and I haven't found any problems with the painting after living here for a week. They finished ahead and schedule and I was comfortable having them in my home without me being there. An outstanding job, I will use again. Far exceeded my expectations."
