"Esvin and his team were excellent. They installed new concrete walkway around our house. They also replaced and repaired some of the red bricks in parts of the house. They are nice people and willing to work with you. Clean up after jobs are done. They are professional and hard working. I highly recommend to anyone!"

"I had a very good experience with them. I called after 5:00 PM on Friday evening and left a message, they promptly called me back to schedule meeting for the following morning at 6:45. They arrived on time, meet with me, gave me a very fair quote and shortly thereafter cut my lawn, approx. 3 acres. They did a great job, very meticulous and attention to detail. I highly them to anyone who is particular about the appearance of their lawn. Kim"

"Edgar and his crew installed new sod in October; he returned in April, as promised, to fertilize, treat for grubs and rake. We now have a beautiful lawn, and he took time to instruct us on the care of our new lawn. He is very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend him."

"I recently had the pleasure of working with Eber Chilel from New England Pavers and Stone, LLC, based at 76 Essex Street, Lynn. He delivered outstanding service by visiting my home to provide an estimate, picking up my supplies at no extra charge, and masterfully installing my fence in just over two hours. The result is a beautifully private space that truly showcases his exceptional craftsmanship. Eber's professionalism and expertise were evident throughout the process, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of top-quality work and would hire him again without hesitation."

Concrete Cutting questions, answered by experts

Since water heaters are primarily made of metal, they’re commonly accepted by scrap yards and collectors. Don’t expect to fetch a high price, though—water heaters are mostly steel and aluminum, which aren’t high-value metals. Some components are made of more valuable metals, like brass and copper, but they’re a small portion of the heater and won’t affect the price much.

This all depends on the tools you have on hand and whether you’re trying to cut a straight line or shapes.

The best tool to use for straight lines is either a circular saw or table saw. When cutting shapes, a jigsaw will be the easiest and most precise tool to use.

Cutting rectangular ductwork requires careful measurements and the right technique. Use a measuring tape and pencil to mark the cutting lines accurately. Tin snips are excellent for straight cuts on smaller ducts. For more extensive or thicker rectangular ducts, a reciprocating saw with a metal-cutting blade is effective.

Ensure the duct is well-supported and secure while cutting to prevent wobbling and maintain precision. After cutting, use a metal file to smooth any sharp edges, ensuring safety during installation.

To maintain custom or fabricated metal structures and extend their lifespan and appearance, perform regular cleaning, apply rust prevention treatments, and use protective coatings.

Cutting round ductwork requires precision and the right tools. A duct cutter, specifically designed for circular ducts, is ideal. First, mark the cutting line on the duct using a measuring tape and pencil. Then, position the duct cutter's blade on the marked line. Apply steady pressure, rotating the cutter around the duct. The sharp blade creates a clean, precise cut. Alternatively, a reciprocating saw with a metal-cutting blade can be used for larger round ducts. Ensure the duct is securely held in place while making the cut to prevent slips and maintain accuracy.
