"Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
"Overall it went really well. Joe was very quick to respond to my plea for a quick install of a closet and interior work to accommodate my mother who had to move in with us in a hurry. We got lucky that he was able to start quickly and was done almost on time. We had the header as an add on project so this is what caused the extension of time. "We wanted new gutters installed on our home. Robert came out and quoted our job. When we were ready to have the gutters installed he was able to fit us into his schedule. The new gutters were installed on one visit. Our home is a vacation home that we have been renovating. It was several weeks later that we saw the finished job. There was one area of the new gutter installation that my husband was not happy with. On a corner of the house the rain water went over the gutter instead of into the gutter. During the cold weather the rain water was puddling up and freezing on the deck. I called Robert and explained the problem area. He sent one of his workers out to fix the problem area.
