At the end of project I added on cleaning out my gutters and he spent time ensuring the entire property was cleaned up. Made certain the painting was perfect and that I was happy with the job. "We are giving one star because zero stars were unavailable! My husband and I received a quote from this company to paint and clear coat our fences. We thought the quote was high but once Seth described the process, we felt it was reasonable, as his process was very labor intensive. It included removing all the old paint from our fences and repainting. Seth said “it was the only way to ensure the job is completed properly.” When he and his partner arrived at our home, they proceeded to perform a process much less labor intensive than what was quoted originally to us. When I questioned him about this he said I misunderstood and they could not take the old paint off the fences. My husband and I thought we were due a credit but that was not to be. So for about two days work, Seth and his partner received $3,200! We may not have minded so much if the work was excellent but it was actually extremely subpar! And when I brought his attention to the poor workmanship Seth said “they would never have left it that way. The wood must have pushed out the sealer.” I have worked as a director of design and construction and facilities for forty years. I have never met such an unprofessional company before. Seth told me he would be sending us a check for $500 for the unprofessional work. That was about ten days ago and still no check. I’m not surprised. I could go on with a similar but worse story regarding our decks but I will end this review by saying that we would never use nor recommend this company to anyone. I recently learned that our neighbor was also very unhappy with the work completed at their home by this company and she would never use them again either. If you decide to use this company, regardless of this terrible review, just beware."

"Mark was very friendly, professional, responsive and finished the job a timely manner. He gave us a fair estimate and was able to accurately describe the scope of the project up front. We had just bought a 1967 ranch that needed updating and Mark and his team removed some paneling and layers of old painted wallpaper from almost every room in the house, repaired the walls and painted our new house to get it ready for us to move in and make our home. He was also knowledgeable about helping us choose the right paint color and finish. He even stood by his work and helped us fix a snafu weeks later in the bathroom due us not having a working fan. I highly recommend Color Concepts."

"Great work power washing, staining, and leveling our large deck. Melvin came out to give us a decent estimate. Workers worked for 2 days straight on the project and were pleasant and professional. Customer service kept up to date on the project and was also very pleasant and professional. I now have a beautiful deck. Would hire again without a doubt!"

"Tony seems polite in the beginning of the project but increasingly becomes manipulative and non-cooperative. He agrees to do everything I ask but ends up not doing it the way we agreed upon. And he took down my custom blinds in one bathroom he has been remodeling since February 2025 (has been promising me 2 bathrooms will be done 2 weeks ago) and the blinds are nowhere to be found, and he claimed, at first, there were never any blinds there. I was present when he told me he needed to remove them to do work on the casings and would re-install them later. Then he insisted he checked the cellar, his van, everywhere and they are nowhere. I told him he owes me for another set of blinds, and had to reorder the same custom wood blinds installed with all the 15 other custom blinds. I sent Tony the invoice ($300+) and he refuses to pay. He also never covered my furniture nor new floors, sawing and cutting in the dining room?very messy!! I have to clean up. He is unreliable. "
