"Difficult time for the workers. Weather was the factor. They were building our 14' X 20' above ground pool deck. Alot of rain during the month of July. "This past winter, my vinyl pool wall started to cave in, due to rusting of the support structure. I placed calls to 17 different construction & pool repair companies, and Ranieri Construction were the ONLY ones that were willing to roll up their sleeves and take on the repair job (everyone else just seemed to want to sell me an entire new pool!). Louis and his family were amazing from start to finish. They are very skilled - from excavating the old deck, ratcheting back the pool walls, and pouring the new footings & deck, they clearly knew what they were doing, and the finished product is great. Louis was very attentive to detail. They spent time with me to explain the work that needed to be done, always stayed in touch with what was going on, were very careful to respect the property and always cleaned up. Even though it wasn't in our contract, Louis even offered to fill in gaps between my pool coping and deck all the way around the pool as a preventative measure so that I wouldn't have an issue with the other pool walls in the future. They were courteous, professional, and completed painting the great room ceiling in less than 3 1/2 hours. That included moving/covering all the furniture and clean up afterwards. They used a premium paint that covered the stains completely with one coat. Most importantly, my wife loves the job they did and how the ceiling looks now."
