"I've had a couple contractors come and analyze what I wanted done. 1 contractor wanted to start the project in February which is harder to do and threw a ballpark figure out to me of $30k. Than sent me an email stating he had guys available in March that could do it for $10k. That was sketchy to me. Another contractor from this site came out and wanted to do less than what I wanted and didn't want to crawl under the porches to do the job because they was only 36" of head space. His quote was ridiculously low. Henry came out, listened to exactly what I wanted done. We went over the whole scope of the job and it definitely wasn't no small job.
