Work was accomplished in 2 phases over the course of a year with each phase encompassing about 1 week. Workers were on site around 7:45 am each day and stayed to about 4:30 pm. Worksite was orderly with no disruption to our normal coming and going. Materials were specified before work began by visiting local landscape suppliers and obtaining samples and literature to show the contractor. Landscape plantings were agreed upon before hand with some purchased separately and picked up by the contractor. Most were obtained by the contractor from his supplier. Evergreen designed the entire project with only a general outline from us. We couldn't be happier with the end product and have received many compliments from neighbors and visitors.

We recently purchased this property and after several hard rains discovered water was entering the garage due to improper grading and ineffective diversion of the roof runoff. We also wanted to replace old and overgrown shrubbery while we were at it. We obtained quotes from many landscapers with a variety of ideas on fixing the problems. We finally chose Evergreen and we couldn't be happier with the results of their work. Mike Bouchie and his crew worked everyday for a week to transform the front yard of our property into a real gem which continues to generate great comments from neighbors and visitors. From the initial meeting to describe the extent of the work to the final bill Mike was great to work with and always went the extra mile. All materials used were as specified in the original quote and unforeseen difficulties, such as wiring problems with the existing irrigation system and removal of a stubborn concrete front door landing footing, were resolved without additional cost even though much extra time was required. Some additional materials (loam, mulch, sprinkler heads) were needed during the re-grading process which added about $500 to the original quote but these were mutually agreed upon and, in the case of the sprinkler heads, not in the scope of the original quote. They worked consistently each day from about 7:30 am to 5 pm and cleaned up at the close of each day by sweeping the driveway and placing equipment and materials in an out of the way central location. This was a sizable project requiring a Bobcat and excavator but impact on non construction areas was minimal and resulted in no additional expense or work. A very professional job.
