The ceiling repair was being paid for by the HOA master insurance carrier, and I was so thankful Derek was willing to take the job, despite knowing that the payment process was going through insurance, and was delayed. He was very kind, patient, understanding, timely with replies, and always followed through with his word. He actually restored my faith that there are honest contractors out there. His quote was more than fair, and his team traveled like 2, 2.5 hours for the job. His guys were always on time, very personable, and professional. They also went above and beyond by painting the walls, even though that wasn't part of the quote. Overall, Derek & his team are very trustworthy, reliable, fair, and all around kind. "Sign contract April 4th 2025 was told would take two to three weeks this job was removing pressure treated and replacing with composite material we picked out samples from local building material outlet and showed so-called supervisor what we wanted was told he would be ordering them funny thing where we got the samples all items were in stock at least a week delay items had to be special ordered what we were told another special order for the railings another week delay called or message several times to correct mistakes July 4th is just around the corner job is still not complete"

"My house (and pool shed) was long overdue for an exterior paint job, they recommended a contractor who replaced rotted exterior then they power washed, sanded down remaining chipped paint, removed hardware, then primed and painted. I went to a very dark base color and white trim and it ended up needing an additional coat but it all came out good in the end and the cost was still reasonable. Very knowledgeable and professional."
