For example, I needed a second thermostat installed upstairs which required HVAC expertise, electrical wires to be run a long way and then patch and painting for the walls and he handled all of those parts for me at a reasonable price. His quote was straightforward and accurate. His work speaks for itself as we are thrilled with the final product. I felt like Carlos respected my house, I think he was the neatest contractor I have ever used. He took out existing stone work and I was really happy about the minimal mess. I appreciate his punctuality and commitment to everything he said he would complete. I do think he charges a labor rate proportional to his results.
