After seeing how clogged the coil was, I called JC Duct Cleaning. John Carroll and his assistant Steve were fantastic. They thoroughly vacuumed, brushed, and cleaned the coil, then finished it with a foaming cleaner to remove any remaining buildup. Our AC was back up and running in no time. What impressed me most was John's honesty and integrity. During a brutal heat wave, he could have easily charged much more, but his price was extremely fair. John is one of the nicest, most genuine people I've met in the trades. When I'm back to work and can afford to have the ducts cleaned, there is no question who I'll be calling. He also installed a new exhaust dryer outlet as we were having a problem with mice entering through our very outdated one.
