I am very pleased with Burgess. They were very punctual, knowledgeable, and courteous. Not only was he able to ascertain what was going on with the birds but found another issue I didn't know I had. Bats! I am grateful I had them out. In addition, with the cost of sealing up the house and evicting the birds and bats, we were given a three year warranty which really gives me peace of mind.

When I called for an appointment, the pleasant woman I spoke with (Heather?) was kind enough to give me an appointment the next day, a day ahead of schedule. Very prompt service, explained what hornet spray does, and the method to be used by Burgess. Highly recommend.

We have a service agreement with them and we pay once a year. They come whenever we call them for controlling ants. The package covers a whole lot of different bugs and some small animals like mice. They have come so far three times this year. They will be coming again tomorrow. They are easy to work with.
