"Definitely made the right choice to use Fensu. Came down to a company that we used before and Fensu. Fensu bid was nearly half of the other company and the quality and materials were the same. Chris was patient as we had to get a sign off from our neighbors. Once that was completed, he got his team out to do the job. The crew was organized, courteous and skilled. The foreman talked the entire job through with me to confirm the scope prior to starting. Whenever a question came up during the process, they solicited my input to be sure it was done properly and to my satisfaction. They even fabricated a special piece of fence for the transition from existing to new fence to ensure out dog couldn't get out. Tree service specializing in pruning, whole tree removal, and lot clearing. Tree and brush removed from site in a proper fashion. There are only two workers along with myself. I work along side my workers at all times. Reasonable rates and quality performance are the foundation of my company. Please book for spring 2022 install as soon as possible all material is available at fence supplier right now. Vinyl or pvc solid privacy last year 4-6 weeks wait time available now Aluminum fence panels 4’ 54” by 6’ long 8’ long 6-8 weeks wait time last year in stock now. "After paying our deposit for a fence install, we contacted the company over concerns that digsafe did not properly demarcate our underground electrical main that is in the vicinity of of the installation area (it was specifically mentioned in our contract that Reliable would handle). I dealt with a rude and confrontational customer service agent named Kelly Dineen, who told us that it wasn’t Reliable’s concern whether our utilities were affected in the install. Hopefully the Reliable install crew puts more pride in their work than Kelly does in hers, and hopefully we won’t encounter any issues where need customer support! Definitely would suggest looking elsewhere for your fence needs."

"Late most days, did not show up for agreed upon work days without notifying me, installed batches of defective grass sod and did not show up three times since for agreed to meetings to address defective grass, on text messages (does not answer calls when contact is over) blamed the manufacturer, then me… ( never bothered to check what problem was). During the work, P&F owner did not provide samples of stone to be installed as per contract and asked me to find these. I found them at supplier 2.5 miles from my home… The owner of P&F reinterpreted our contract to mean what he (as a non lawyer) thinks it means: one example was interesting and revealing: he does not think the law on 1 year warranties applies to him because he is a landscaper and not a contractor… I find that funny and indicative of his thinking. I caution anyone considering hiring P&F: this is not a professional outfit."
