Absolutely wonderful installers were respectful. The office was wonderful. Everything went smoothly and my fence looks amazing. Would hire them back in a heartbeat

Fantastic experience with ABS. I’m embarrassed to say when they told me Colleen would be out to measure, I thought , a girl ??!! Total projection since I can’t even measure a rug. She really knows her stuff ! Had great ideas and was completely understanding of keeping my little terror dog from having any slack to start to dig. As you can see my land is hilly and they got this right to the ground. Perfect ! I was also concerned about keeping the view. Colleen explained a 4 foot fence would take care of this. She also encouraged me to sit on the deck with someone holding a measuring stick to be sure it wouldn’t impact the view. I love the way she thinks and communicates! Every-time I had a question she had the answer. She explained things in a way that wasn’t condescending or showed annoyance. I think I was annoying lol. I would’ve wanted to tell me to shut up. The guys who showed up worked nonstop. It was pouring rain and they didn’t care. I told them they could come on a better day but they kept plugging away. I am so impressed with this entire crew , including the excellent communication of the office staff ! Customer service is alive and well on the Cape. Just call ABS fence. You’re welcome !

ABS Fence was very responsive and professional from the first phone call. They removed the old fence that was damaged in the winter storms and installed the new fence in 1 day. The installation was done properly and looks great. I would recommend them to anyone.

As above, ABS Fence, Inc: They were awesome, polite, punctual and VERY NEAT!! There were delays from original date due to weather.....but showed up on their next available date as they had called several times to notify me and remind me when they were coming.

Workers were here when they said they would be. They were professional and respectful of my property. The work was done in a timely manner.

ABS Fence does not stand by their work. ABS installed my fence on August 2016. Three months later the door latch and fittings detached from the wood supports due to improper installation and the use of the wrong, too small screws which where not pilot drilled. All the wood around all the gate fittings cracked and the gate cant be secured now. After several calls to them, the owner would not speak to me directly, they advised that they would need to make an additional charge in order to fix THEIR faulty work.In addition, the finish work was poor, with several bent nail heads and permanent pencil guide lines on the outside of the fence. I do not recommend this company.

Provided multiple estimates as we changed our mind, were prompt on arrival and completed the  project on time, on budget no surprises. Would recommend them to anyone.

It went marvelously. They set up an appointment when we signed the contract, and there were no issues with them keeping the appointment. The salesperson's expertise was helpful, as the post we had bought originally was too short and he recommended not using concrete to anchor it as it might rot.
The guys who put in the fence were professional, dug most of it by hand (because of underground propane pipe, invisible dog fence, and sprinklers) and were careful not to damage any of the underground items. The fence is square and sturdy, and the gate opens easily and is level, and closes by itself nicely.
All work was done in one day. It was a pleasant experience and the fence is lovely. I would definitely hire them again for future fencing needs.

Great experience with ABS, they were prompt and great communications on the estimate date and time . The company rep. described all our options available based on the site visit. Weighed all our options / estimates, ABS was the best value for money. We were able to schedule the installation per our needs and they follwed up prior to the date to verify we were all set to go. The crew arrived on time , on the promised date and were fantastic. Completed a majority of the job by the end if the day as planned , they left the site clean and reviewed with us the schedule for completion the next day. Day two was just as planned, completing the job and reviewing the install with us prior to final departure. Really nice job and we are very happy with the results .. And so are the neighbors !

From the estimate to the installation it was excellent.

I thought that the price was fair. They were efficient, and the quality was very good.
