"Absolute ripoff, along with shady business practices. They were prompt and courteous, but that's about it. The technician came and had to replace a $200 part on my boiler, it took him under an hour to do the work. A simple Google search showed at least 10 places to buy the exact part, all around $200. No other parts were needed for this repair, I researched what is involved. I was charged almost $1000, including their $89 diagnostic fee just to walk in the door. So apparently it's a $600+/hour labor rate? I'm obviously in the wrong line of work. This was not an off hours emergency call either, it was a scheduled appointment in the middle of a weekday. The shadiest part of the entire thing was that on the invoice (that they email you later) they bury all the cost, it's not itemized i.e. labor vs parts cost. It just says replaced (part) = $1000. A super scummy and shady way to run a "professional" business, taking advantage of people who don't know any better. I wouldn't be surprised if they also sell used cars. Never again Gervais. You've all been warned."

"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "Many other contractors proposed to snake the sewer line, but I understand that is an ineffective way to eliminate root intrusions. These guys pressure-jetted the roots. Their camera moved to each successive intrusion as they jetted the pipe, demonstrably clearing the line. When they were finished, the line was clean as a whistle."

"Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. "I signed a contract on the first week of June to have PIC Home ?Pros? remodel 3 bathrooms. They stayed for a week in the middle of September, and stopped coming, leaving a vanity in one bathroom, and a shower door in another bathroom completely uninstalled. On the last day here, I was told shower door still has not been manufactured yet, but would take a couple of weeks. They told me that it would cost $150 to have them come back to finish installation, even though contract was for them to complete the work. They ignored my emails to them, so after waiting for 3 weeks and receiving response to my email, I called them, and was told that the shower door is not ready, and even though it?s been 4 months since it was supposed to be ordered, there is still no ETA. I asked that they come back to install the vanity, since we still have no sink in one bathroom. I was told that would cost another $650 to come back and install it. They will work until they are paid in full, then abandon you. "

"Avoid this company at all costs?.over priced front door. Installed incorrectly, wrong color, not what I wanted from the get go?to cut costs, they changed from a fiberglass door to a steel door (which caused a problem due to southern exposure & door becoming extremely hot to the point of burning fingers) & changed the colors. Door had drafts as not hung correctly. Came back & corrected the type of door to fiberglass (at an additional cost), corrected the colors, tried to correct the door so there were no drafts, but the door creaks & squeaks & it drives me crazy. No amount of WD-40 or silicone spray helps. Emailed the company about correcting this with no response whatsoever."
