"We had an issue with a Dry Well periodically backing up. Damian and the D Day Plumbing team were very professional and knowledgeable and provided an estimate with a couple different options and their related costs. They installed a new utility sink, sink pump, and needed piping and valves with tie ins to the main septic. They made improvement above and beyond the initial job breakdown, all the while staying within budget. I will certainly consider them again for any future work. "This USED to be my go to plumbing service. I used to get quality service at a fair price. Once a new plumber started showing up the prices increased. I was given an estimate of $1800 for a routine job. I got two other estimates for $600 and $865 by reputable local plumbers. I donâ t appreciate being taken advantage of. The two plumbers who provided estimates did not charge a fee just for showing up. Some plumbers who charge a fee for showing up will put the fee that towards the cost of the repair. Blue Owl charges are not industry standard!!! I feel bad for all the customers leaving five star reviews who donâ t know that theyâ re being ripped off. If the job is not an emergency, do your homework and get multiple estimates before using this service."

"Bought a heat pump from them 3 years ago. Cooling has never worked in the summer, heating fails twice every year in winter. Even when it works it can't heat the house over 65 degrees. The problem is always the same, a leak in the line they installed. Instead of fixing the leak, they refill the refrigerant every time and charge me a few hundred dollars. Every time I have helpfully told them about the continuing leak issue, but they don't listen. Now that the heat pump is out of warranty they are recommending a $3000 repair of the problem they should have fixed three years ago."

"Patriot Bath Remodeling (PBR) provided excellent craftsmanship, excellent quality of materials, and excellent communications for my bathroom remodel. I had a very small, dingy, claustrophobic shower (32" x32") in a very cramped bathroom (6' x 6') that was in desperate need of replacement. PBR took the time to understand my needs and the restrictions of the room and transformed the area. PBR coordinated all details of the project from getting permits, to delivery of materials, and to scheduling the plumbers, floor installers, and electrician. Every workman was talented, courteous and professional; best of all they showed upon time and made every effort to minimize the unavoidable mess caused by remodeling in a very old house. Their camera moved to each successive intrusion as they jetted the pipe, demonstrably clearing the line. When they were finished, the line was clean as a whistle."
