"We hired Polion Flooring when we bought our house because my parents had used them years prior and been very happy with the results. The previous owners had foam tile in each of the bedrooms with no floor underneath. Bob was super responsive and provided a very reasonable estimate for the three bedrooms worth of work. He was able to come 3 days after our closing which was unheard of with other companies! We provided the flooring and they installed it in all three rooms within two days and even were willing to install baseboards that were missing in the other rooms for a small extra charge. They are professional, efficient, and very down to earth! I would 10/10 recommend them!"

"We bought floor tile from Home Depot but the installation company they use would not install the tile because of heating vents that had to be removed first. We removed the vents and sent pictures to the installer, but they still would not do the installation. Erick from Floor Coverings International called me and and came to my house that night to look at the floor. He said he had no problem with the vents and would be able to have someone install the tile the next day. They did an excellent job."

"Hard working guys who recognized the issues and tried to correct them. Our kitchen floor tile was replaced, 180 sq feet. They put down a cement floor to start in order to level the floor. Apparently it wasn't level in one section so the tile that was placed there is not level. They tried to level the floor tile in that section with no success. The rest of the floor looks good."
