"We bought floor tile from Home Depot but the installation company they use would not install the tile because of heating vents that had to be removed first. We removed the vents and sent pictures to the installer, but they still would not do the installation. Erick from Floor Coverings International called me and and came to my house that night to look at the floor. He said he had no problem with the vents and would be able to have someone install the tile the next day. They did an excellent job."

"Oh, boy--Erick (and Tom, his guy) have done work for me on my 100-yr. old home, for over a decade! First job -- Erick alone--built a gorgeous deck...neighbors couldn't stay away. ...still getting compliments. Last two big jobs-- redid garage and installed electric doors, and custom tiled a bath everyone else wanted to "demo". . In-between took care of several other problems as they came up. I was told I had to either cut the floor or do the counter over He said it would be a lot of work as I have tile that would have to be cut. The only reason I didn’t give them a 5 is they delayed my install 2 weeks at the last minute due to lack of inventory. Don’t understand how the didn’t know level of inventory when the set the date."
