Dear Valued Customers, We appreciate all the safe healthy concerns and actions that the government and all its agencies are taking in order to resolve this COVID-19 crisis. As a building industry supplier, Onyx Marble & Granite is an essential service for the housing and commercial construction industry and it is allowed to continue its operation. While our showroom will by appointment only , we will continue to provide our quality customer service remotely by taking all orders via email, and then coordinate templates and/or installations. We take the health and safety of our employees and customers very seriously and continue to follow CDC recommendations, such as frequently sanitizing our showrooms, warehouses, and all common areas. In addition, our employees continue to adhere to a protocol of frequent hand-washing, respiratory etiquette, and safe social distancing. Of the thousands of counter tops that Stuart's staff has repaired, only six had to be replaced. If you own Corian, or a solid surface counter or sink, and it's damaged, cracked, scratched, chipped, pot burned, or has any discoloration etc.... Stuart can make those damaged areas disappear so your counter or sink will look brand new again. "Although I am pleased with the completed shower, I did not have a great experience. Mason was the sales man, and he was lovely except during the sales process he showed me doors that they no longer stock. No big deal except the doors that we agreed on were not what was delivered. Jim the project manager came out and measured the enclosure , then ordered what we had agreed and put a deposit on. We were told it may take 10 weeks to come in?. It did. The team came in the following week and removed the old tub and walls, did all the prep and plumbing on Monday. We were told as soon as the plumbing inspector came out , and passed their work they would come right back out and start the installation. Passed at 10 AM Tuesday morning, Jim said he would send a crew that afternoon, no one showed up. This went on till Friday, keep in mind, I only have one shower. Friday arrived, the installer was here with everything needed to install my new shower. About a half hour later the installer let me kn"
