The floor and shower tiles and granite top/with sinks are beautiful and nice. Of course the workmanship played a key role with all that. We are very satisfied with the quality and service provided by Shellstone and Tile Imports, with the exception of the sub-contractor for the custom made vanity...S&S Home Designs. We were required to pay S&S "up front" for the entire vanity before the work would be accomplished. However, the customer service by S&S was very poor...the vanity was not delivered on time as promised. In fact we had to contact the maker to question the lack of promptness. Very lackadaisical attitude. Although the final vanity product turned out nice, we are very disappointed in the lack or priority or apparent concern for delivery. We did provide the Shellstone owner our poor opinion of S&S Home Designs. We will never use S&S again! We will use Shellstone again!
