For the inconvenience they knocked 25% off the price. They arrived on time Friday and quickly cleared my clogged dryer line. Guys were very friendly and cleaned up after their work. "The 2 men who did the work did a very good job.  My duct work had never been cleaned, so they had to cut a piece out of the return filter unit to clean it.  Some of my vent covers  had been painted on, so removing the nails was time consuming.  They did a very good job and made recommendations about the duct work that I plan to follow (venting the dryer to the outside rather than into the garage, getting a dehumidifier for the bedroom in the basement).  They were professional and helpful.  Hiller Plumbing recommended that I get the vents cleaned and their estimated price was $900 and that did not include the sanitation, so I think that I got a very good deal!
