The owner Mark was great to work with and gave great advice on making my fence project look better.. Everything was installed in a timely fashion and the workers were professional around my property even with my crazy dog. I would recommend this company to my friends and family anytime.

The installers and quality of fence was excellent. Mark, the owner, explained to me that because of the way the gate was installed, and had to be installed, that it may sag. He told me this pre-install. To help prevent that, he said he would instruct his crew to fill the two side posts to help combat sag. Unfortunately, the crew only filled them 25 percent, and they instantly sagged within 2 weeks. Mark apologized, came out, saw that his crew did not do as instructed, and had them back out within a few weeks to refill. Unfortunately, too much damage was probably done. They were now permanently sagged. For months, I tried to reach him via phone and text. For months, he would only respond to ever 3rd contact, asking me to text him bright and early on an arranged day, and that he would come out to check it out. This happened 3 times, and the 3 times he blew me off. It was so simple... The simple answer, which he explained twice, was that they would put wheels on the bottom of each door, to help prop them up. He supposedly ordered them, and they were out of stock, but he would get back to me. You are telling me you can not walk into almost any fence depot and find these? At any rate, I understand suppliers being out of stock. 3 weeks later, I checked in with him, and he said he got them, and we would arrange a time. 6 months of contact, 6 following months with no responses, him going on vacations, him not responding to texts and phone calls. I have not tried to reach him in 5+ months, I thought it was time for a review. He was a nice guy, his crew was nice enough, his customer service and follow-up sucks. Very lackluster. I am very disappointed. It is been over a year, I thought it was time to write him a review. Thanks for reading.

Great job. They where fast, neat and professional.

Mark was great with communication. My only negative was the time it took to get the actual fencing but I don't think it was the fencing companies fault. The supplier was slow. I will hire them again when I replace the rest of my fencing and I will recommend them to friends and family.

Mark was fantastic. I worked with him from out of state and he was very willing to make connections. The PVC fence was put up in a shorter time than he promised and is very well done! I would recommend him to anyone!! Plan to use him again when I do my side fence!

Mark was great. He was honest, timely, and professional. He wasn't my cheapest quote, but he worked with me to lower the price to where I was comfortable. The workers were very good and even moved and smoothed out a large area of dirt.

Excellent job done by Tight Link, I had to have an existing fence relocated as well as new fenceing installed, they cemented every post and lined everything up much better than expected concidering the scope of the job. They corrected every issue which arose quickly and professionally. The fence they relocated was not installed correctly, none of the posts had been cemented in and there was considerable tilts and drops along a 100' run, I don't expect any such problems with the reloaction and new installed fence and I'm confident that if an issue arises they will come back and correct it.

Mark is a man of his word. He promised it would be done in 3 days and it would look great and it was beyond my expectations! Very pleasant and responsive. The guys worked through snow storm to get it done. Very happy and would recommend to anyone looking to have a fence installed.

My wife and I did a large custom pool and spa project in the yard and we needed the perfect fence to showcase it. At first I thought Mark was crazy because his quote to do the work was literally 1/3 lower than the lowest price I got after meeting with 6 other vendors. I kept asking him if he measured properly and that his materials were high quality. Needless to say the project is finished and it's awesome. Mark was 100% honest, great communicator. If he said he was going to do something he did it there was no chasing him around or worrying about hidden fees. I've hired contractors for over 20 years in my home to do everything from custom additions to small jobs and I can honestly say Mark is BY FAR the best. Do yourself a favor, call Mark and have it done right and on budget.
