He was extremely prompt in getting in touch with me when I contacted him through Angie's List and in setting up and conducting a free in-home estimate of the work I wanted done. While doing so I learned of a number of other cleaning services that he was able to perform and was delighted as I have had a lot of difficulty finding a business to do these deep cleaning jobs. And, so I was delighted about the number for things I actually needed to have done and which his business could take care of for me. Service date was set up promptly and at a time convenient for me. I recommend this business without reservation!"

They evaluated the situation and told us what we hoped (and suspected) - there is no mold/mildew problem! Dan from Catamount offered to leave a powerful dehumidifier there for a week anyway, if we wanted, but although I would have paid him for that, he didn't even recommend it - because it was unnecessary! This is clearly a scrupulous company that will not charge you for work unless you really need it. While I'm glad we don't have a problem, I actually regret that I can't hire him for something. I wish every provider was like this."
