13 I would not recommend window nation, especially the Hartford branch. It took one week for a single window to be installed, and there was terrible customer service. A sub-contractor fell off my roof installing the window, thankfully he seemed to be ok after refusing ambulance transport...

Done Right ServicesWent great. They contacted me but were not pushy. Salesperson was nice and helpful. The installer did a great job. Windows look great. Cleaned up well. Needed to come back to fix a couple of things and came back exactly when they said they would.
