"Anyone that needs a clogged drain taken care of, do yourself a favor and call Honest Drain. I called at 7:45 am and the expert was at my home at 9:15 am. I was impressed with how he did such a fantastic job that is usually nasty and he left my bathroom spotless. Less than an hour later, I had my shower back. "I had several issues, toilet, sink faucet and drain replacement. Also, I had some issues with the drain configuration in the basement, Nick took care of all of the problems in a very efficient manner and left each area clean. I would hire again."

"The service we had was to have a slow-running drain unclogged. The work was fine and as we expected. Our complaint would be that we paid twice what I thought it would cost to clear one drain. The only reason we went ahead with the work was that the drain had been clogged for several days and we just wanted it cleaned. we will not be going through Angis list for our next service."

"Today my wife was washing clothes and decided to use the downstairs bathroom. When she walked in, there was water coming from the shower drain and onto the floor. She called me at work to let me know what was going on. I left work right away and on my way home I called Bass Reddy Rooter. I was able to speak to Tim, who was very easy to talk to, and he reassured me that they would be able to take care of my problem. Within a short period of time, John arrived at my house, and after assessing the problem, he unclogged the drain pipe, and we were back to being able to use our water again. I can’t say enough about John, and the way he explained everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend Bass Reddy Rooter to anyone who has a septic system issue."
