Patrick was amazing. He was on time and very friendly and professional. We had a large hornet's nest high up in a tree that was pretty daunting to reach given it's height and the fact that it was dangling over our neighbor's yard. Despite the challenge, he gamely climbed our neighbor's garage roof and used an extension pole to take care of the nest. He was very careful to knock it into our yard and he picked up the nest and even climbed the ladder one more time to spray the remains of the nest so the hornets wouldn't come back. What really impressed me was his attitude when faced with what I thought was a pretty tough task and his rapport with both me and my neighbors who were watching with interest! Also he knows A LOT about hornets. It was really interesting. He's a gem, I'd sure have him back for future work. Thank you!

Very well. Was called by company to change Friday appt to Thursday and agreed. Patrick inspected the house (ants noticed in kitchen) and treated both inside areas kitchen & bathroom as well as spraying outside edges of house foundation. He was very information through out his inspection, careful with safety precautions and very pleasant. We were pleased to find that we didn't have a major problem but would not hesitate to call the company in the future.

When I called to schedule an appointment, they insisted I be there to let them in, so I found time where I could miss work. They showed up at the house, never called me or rang the doorbell, looked around outside and left. When I called the office, they "had no idea" why I was waiting to let them in. Said they could do all the work from outside. They had no consideration for my time. Will not be using them again.

"Hello, we appreciate your feedback although after reviewing your account, the normal protocol for booking a "Trapping Recall" when we haven't been at the property for almost a year, would be to say to you that you should be home for us to come inside as well as look around the outside. There was only one phone number on the account, and the Trapper left a message regarding the issue and scheduled another appointment to perform the work. It just happened to be an all "outside" type of recall and we would not have any idea of that until we came out to the home to see the issue . Of the three vendors I contacted, NW Pest sounded the most reasonable and thorough about what needed to be done. They came when they said they would, explained where they thought the problem areas were, and set baited mouse traps around the basement and first floor. About 60 days after the first treatment, the mice stopped coming, so I am satisfied. I also signed up for the additional treatments 3 times a year.

"Hello- We came out for an estimate for squirrels nesting under the Solar Panels. We set 2 cages and monitored them for 5 business days and we caught 1 squirrel during this time.We do not do any type of sealing work around solar panels, all we are able to do is set cages to hopefully trap the squirrels. The work that you paid for was completed, just as it was explained on the initial estimate that was given to you. We are sorry that you were not satisfied with our service, we can always come out and set more cages, however you would need to contact the Solar Panel Company to do any type of sealing work to keep them out permanently. 1) The technician, Matthew McDonald, thoroughly searched the house for evidence of biting insects. None were found. He did not try to sell us any products or services. 2) The technician laid down mouse poison, describing in detail how the chemical used and how the 14 bait stations would work. Mr. McDonald was prompt, efficient, and very professional.

Crew came quickly and did an initial mitigation application. This helped but didn't completely kill all the wasps. The crew came back and did a second application which completely killed off the wasps.

My husband and I had some issues with ants this spring, but thought we had it under control with a couple of dozen traps we bought at Home Depot. We left for a long weekend for a wedding and when we came back I killed 50 ants the first day and 30 the next. I felt like we were being invaded! We sent a message to NW Pest Control on June 13th and two days later they came to provide a quote with the understanding that we were likely going to sign on for spraying that day. Jill from the front office was incredible - very knowledgeable and patient with all my questions - and our technician Patrick D. was wonderfully personable and professional. I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in my home to spray (a requirement for the safety of the homeowners and their pets, as is a 2-3 hour delay of going back inside post-treatment). We opted for the real-deal chemicals instead of the organic treatment since we had an active insect issue. Within 24-36 hours we went from feeling invaded to being completely ant-free. We opted to sign-on for their 3-times-per-year treatment plan as we've had issues with Asian Lady Beetles (the fake-ladybugs) and other insects in the past and their treatment covers everything except termites, ticks, and small mammals. So far, we are absolutely thrilled with their staff and the outcome of the treatment a full month later.
