The owner, Rodolfo, came out to the house and took a good look at the project and then gave me an estimate. He conducted himself like a professional and also of the four estimates that I received his was the best, so we contracted his services. His foreman, Jose, ran the job and was an absolute pleasure to work with. In the past, I've always chosen plaster over drywall, but when Jose finished the work it was as good as any plaster I've ever seen. There were tenants in the house which can be a problem, but Jose made sure the dust and debris did not overflow into the rest of the house. He was respectful to the tenants and his work was outstanding. As a landlord of thirty years I've seen many contractors and I was very impressed with their work and the price.
