"We contacted Lucky Lawn in desperation after a long period of drought threatened to ruin the lawn we worked so hard to nurture. They came out to our property and provided us with an estimate which was very reasonable for about half an acre. We were lucky that an opening for the install had opened up two days after our initial contact. We were set up and on our way! The install team was on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. We had nine zones installed and the system was up and running in 3 1/2 hours! And if you've never seen what has to be done, this is terrific! Great care was taken to correctly position each sprinkler head to insure roads, driveways, and the like didn't get watered. Joe told us that when they were done, we wouldn't know that they had been there - and he was right! One of his team helped set up an app on our phone to manage the system and insured it was working properly. The plumbing needed was done perfectly and everything is working beautifully, We are very pleased with our new system. Kudos to a great team!show more

"Jim and Denise are great to work with. Jim came out to give us an estimate to repair our 1/2 acre sprinkler system. Initially we were only going to repair the front but Jim gave us such a good price we decided to fix the entire system. He has one of the best crews. The three young men were knowledgable, friendly and respectful of our property. They worked quickly and when they finished, you could hardly tell that they had been here. "Great job! Chris, Pat and Mike could not have been more accommodating and pleasant to work with. Chris initially discussed the work with me and made some suggestions to create the privacy screen I was looking for. He recommended bringing in some loam to build up the ground height so the trees would sit taller. These were 8’ trees with massive root balls. There is very limited access to my yard and, to add to the challenge of getting the trees in place, they needed to navigate through my many existing plantings. They took great care to protect everything, and not a single plant was disturbed. The trees are beautiful, lush and healthy plants, which Chris made it a point to hand pick at the nursery. They mulched the area, did an initial watering and even set up my soaker hose. This was not easy work and we had some oppressive heat, but the guys took it in stride and worked hard for a beautiful finished product.show more

"We use them as our landscapers. We use them all the time. Their customer service is not very good and we would go with someone else. Their prices are reasonable. We are not overly crazy about their quality. When they set up an appointment, most of the time they are here on time.
