"On the eve of our defunctionalization of a septic system to hook up to the town sewer, we had a sudden and unexpected backup in the shower and through the toilet seal. Our plumbers recommended Ryan, who was prompt, thorough, tidy, affable, competent, and available in a flash two days later when a subsidiary problem required a return visit.
