"John came to the house to discuss the project even though it was probably "cookie cutter". He took the time to discuss it with me and answered my questions. He provided a written quote: not the lowest. On the day of the install he was a little delayed, but when he arrived he worked efficiently, quickly and very cleanly. As he worked he patiently answered additional questions I had. I found him to be honest, straightforward and professional."
