Each window had different issues I contacted them and they came and did an estimate for the work. They also explained exactly what work would be done. They were very thorough and transparent. They did the estimate in the fall and the work was scheduled in the spring. They came on the date that was scheduled, amazing! He came exactly the time we set up to remove the sash and he covered the window opening with plastic which kept the rain out despite very heavy rain for 24 hours. "Bob did an excellent job on each part of my house that he fixed. I couldn't figure out the reason a window fell down and he made a small adjustment and it worked! Gutters and downspouts are secure now. He also adjusted the windows for air conditioners to fit and drain properly. He could fix anything that I needed to be fixed."
