That’s why we work very closely with each client in a personalized atmosphere using our design expertise to help make every detail perfect. We are a locally owned and operated small business that has its roots on Boston’s South Shore, in the Canton community. The company was started by John Dolan Sr. and his wife Gail in 1962. Currently we are operated by 3 of their 5 children, 1 in-law, and 2 grandchildren have continued the tradition. John Dolan Jr. runs the jobs, overseeing all crews - with 7 trucks on the road daily. Lorraine keeps the office running smoothly and is in the showroom 5 days a week, along with John's sister-in-law, Ronny. Caroline visits your home for thorough kitchen and bath design and measuring for your project. John’s son Johnny, who recently graduated high school and has joined the company as one of the crew also generates 360 panoramic kitchen designs. Caroline’s daughter Rebecca helps out in the office weekly with filing and various other tasks. Our current and largest location is in Canton Center, Walgreen's Plaza. This larger showroom allows us to showcase our beautiful kitchen displays. We also display vanity cabinets, countertops, sinks and faucets. In addition, you can see our large selection of flooring, including prefinished hardwood, tile, laminate flooring, and carpeting. We have samples that you are welcome to take home. "In 2021, I hired Eric to fix a water leak in my basement. I paid approximately $8000. Three months after the work was done, there was leaking again. He came over and told me that this was a different leak. After I saved up enough money, I was referred to an expert in basement leaks/foundations. He came over and completed the work. When he was doing the work, he proactively asked me who did the work previously. He said he was clearly not done by someone with knowledge of foundations. I have tried to resolve with Eric. At a minimum, I deserve a refund"

Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough.
