"Horrible, horrible horrible!!! First off, the job was subcontracted out to workers who do not have construction licenses. There was never a licensed contractor overseeing the job, and all products were applied incorrectly. The building inspector failed 5 inspections and issued 2 stop work orders. The workers knew nothing about attic ventilation, house wrap and air barriers, flashing around doors & windows, and drip edges and water shedding, and siding. 2nd...Every pc of material was applied incorrectly and had to be redone per the inspector. They even tried to reuse material that was taken down. 3rd. The yard was a mess with screws, nails, wood and insulation. Multiple safety violations! 3th. The PVC trim and joints looked like the were installed by kindergarteners. Wrong screws were used, joints not bonded with PVC glue, boards cut short, pcs scabbed in and filled with silicone, the soffits were loose, warped and hanging from the roof rafters...disgusting!!! The only reason I selected one star is there was no ZERO option. If you are thinking of using them because the quote was cheep, just remember, you get what you paid for. RUN AWAY FAST!"

"My basement flooring project went awry when a subcontractor from Lowe's came to give an estimate on vinyl plank flooring, but did not account for the 2" height difference in the corner. This would have required the basement floor to be leveled, which I was informed would cost nearly double the amount that was paid for the floor parts and installation. After receiving multiple quotes from different contractors, I chose to work with Billy as he provided a solution to our problem. We decided to go with the Polycrete flooring he suggested, and are very happy with the results. Extremely durable, resistant to chemical stains, efflorescence and moisture - couldn't have asked for a better solution. I had an excellent experience working with him and his team. I had to break the job into two time frames and he was more than accommodating. He was very responsive, answered all of my questions, and professional. Given the two-part process, the job was completed in a very reasonable time frame and was fairly priced, based on other quotes I received. I've learned more about my basement than I ever thought I would in these past few months. I did plenty of research (both online and with contractors) and the results finally paid off."
