"The first guy that came out to clean my carpet, sofas and mattress did not do a good job at all. He rushed and finished a 2 hr cleaning job in 1 hour. I was very dissatisfied. I called carpet cleaning experts to complain and without hesitation they said they will send another guy out to re clean. Doug came out to clean the following week and this time the job was done right, he was thorough and professional, he even took pictures of the noticeable spots that was still on my sofas and carpet before he cleaned. After he was done cleaning, I was very happy with how much cleaner and better my carpet and sofas looked and smelled the second time around, and the spots were gone or much less noticeable. I will call and request Doug again if I should need them in the future."

Bonus points for: 1) exceeding expectation of a second set of stairs and 2) cutting my wife (a teacher) some small carpet pieces for use in her classroom. Estimate: John did an in person estimate where he measured the space, showed large professional samples in the space, and even gave us color/texture recommendations based on space use and wall color. Since he was the best provider we interacted with, we selected him and gave deposit to order the carpet. Install day: John and Ryan were professional and courteous for the 6-hour install. Carpet looks amazing and the workspace was cleaner than when they started."

Lorenzo was the very professional technician who contacted me prior to the appointment and he was extremely friendly and informed me along the way as he moved from room to room and underneath the crawlspace. He was also very helpful in repairing my ductwork that had become unattached over the last year. It all seemed very effortless for him and he made sure to clean up thoroughly. It took just over 3 hours at a reasonable fee for my small 1000 ft one level house. I will recommend them to friends and I will definitely hire them again. They also perform other services like deep steam cleaning of rugs. A wonderful experience overall."

"This is the first time I have hired carpet cleaners so I wasn't quite sure what to expect. They are probably the best value for the money you will find. Our carpets look like new. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. [Side note: this has nothing to do with the cleaners, who were great, but if you are looking to have your carpets cleaned be aware that you will either need a 240V plug (electrical stove or dryer) or you will need to connect to multiple power outlets.
