"Two electricians showed up; they were extremely friendly, polite, and informative. They basically laughed at the price quote the other contractor had given us and had the fan installed and everything cleaned up in less than two hours. It's been a while, but if I recall correctly they went ahead and installed a couple of extra electrical outlets in our basement for us while they were there. "Everything went according to plan. Dan offered me various ideas for the location of the lights, He also discussed different options for dealing with the hole from the existing electrical box in the ceiling. He installed the lights without a problem and put a cover over the electric box hole.  He left me a sheetrock patch if I chose to patch the hole, when I repaint the ceiling. He also patched the 2 holes in the ceiling from when the lights were installed. The lights look great and the ceiling will look better than new once it is repainted. I would definitely use Dan again, and plan to use him in the future. We discussed some other work I need done, and I will be using him for that.

"Self installed is the only option. System works fine for the most part though we have had problems with the motion sensor cameras. Not that I have anything against FrontPoint, but if I were replacing system, I would probably go with Simply Safe now that they have cameras."
