On August 25th Carlos came to install cabinets.He was here for about 30 minutes and left.He told me he had to go to his storage unit to handle a personal situation.He then returned about 2 hours later.He then asked me if I can pay him $1000.00 in advance.I told him " You have not even started the installation yet".I told him I did not feel comfortable giving him $1000.00.The following day he came for a couple of minutes then left again.Returnef 2-3 again but returned with another gentleman.I noticed Carlos was not well experienced.The other man was actually working.Carlos installed the bottom cabinet and put my wall plug in outlet inside the bottom cabinet.He had made a hole in my cabinet.I told him how am I supposed to plug in my appliances.He answered I just come to install your cabinets.You need to call someone else.He used GRAY PUTTY OR GROUT,PLASTER whatever it was to fill in the sides of my "WHITE CABINETS" . LOOKS HORRIBLE.The day after he indicated he was finished.I went to check cabinets.There was one top cabinet that was damaged in the top.I told him.He felt to should not matter.I responded "I paid $3400.00 for these cabinets of course it matters.He got angry and said "I will be back tomorrow.He then came with the new cabinet and installed it.When he came he was singing out loud I guess Brazilian songs.He then said he was done.He left.Rudely.After he left.I noticed he never cleaned up after himself.Left cabinets with debris inside.Also left garbage on kitchen floor.

Alberto was very easy to work .He remodeled my bathroom and will be doing my second bathroom .We love the end result .

His performance was beyond my expectations. He has good manners and he is professional in listening and trying to do what he is asked to do. It was a big project of renovation of the entire house and he has done very well. I highly recommend him to anyone
