In fact I couldn't reach anybody on the phone from Angie's list because my membership doesn't me allow to have a phone conversation. But it allows you to collect $115 and not to provide service?!? I will complain or make it a legal case if I won't hear a response and the solution within 1 business day. Today is 5/14/2018"

"I called numerous times to schedule a handyman's appointment but I never heard back from the company and ANGIE'S LIST Customer service! In fact I couldn't reach anybody on the phone from Angie's list because my membership doesn't me allow to have a phone conversation. But it allows you to collect $115 and not to provide service?!? I will complain or make it a legal case if I won't hear a response and the solution within 1 business day. Today is 5/14/2018"
